Issues with Octopus Intelligent Go

Our new Scenic is great, but we're having trouble charging it. Our Zappi charger keeps messing up, and our Zoe wouldn't charge overnight either. We're getting the Zappi replaced and the Zoe reprogrammed. MyEnergi will be replacing the Zappi under warranty, and our Zoe is scheduled for a software update to address potential charging issues. Has anyone else had this problem?

After struggling with scheduling issues for a while, the company that installed our charger suggested we turn off everything in the app and just set up the car's charging schedule. Basically, instead of the charger telling the car when to charge, now the car asks the charger when it wants to juice up. And bam, problem solved in an instant! The blue solid light popped on, meaning the schedule was set. Since then, it’s been smooth sailing. So since you’re struggling now, maybe try disabling all schedules and smart charging in the Zappi app, and then set it all up through your car’s app instead.
